Thursday - May 5th 2011 3:00 pm Gates open to the spectators and let the rally & fun begin, race or ride your bike down the historic English Mountain Dragstrip!! A 1/8 mile track with a view of the Great Smokey Mountains!! Let’s smoke up the Smokey Mountains!! **NEW** for 2011 drive by and ride in the EXTREME THROTTLE SALOON and check out the ALL NEW BURN OUT PIT just inside the North door where the moonshine still use to be. A burn out pit competition will be held Fri & Sat evening beginning at 7:30 pm!! This event is sponsored by the SOUTHERN BIKER MAGAZINE and each night the winner will be crowned and their picture will be placed on the “EXTREME THROTTLE SALOON - BURN OUT PIT– WALL OF FAME” as well as will be placed in the # 1 biker magazine in the south!! So ride in and check it out, times will be displayed where, if you want, you can get a few practice sessions in before the real competition begins!!! **NEW** 6:00 pm Rallies greatest MOST SEXY CONTEST, held at the EXTREME THROTTLE SALOON!!! Ladies bring on your best game because the prize will be delightful!!! 7:00 pm to midnight!!! - Starting of the LIVE MUSIC, RB STONE will entertain you on the main stage and in the pub!!! 9:00 pm In the Extreme Throttle Saloon – Karaoke in the CATWALK, yes get up in the catwalk and sing your hearts out, if enough people join in Glen may have the spectators to judge and a prize will be given away at the end of the night! Save your VOICE and ride a HOG to enjoy the KARAOKE IN THE CATWALK!!! 11:00 pm Most sexy contest ladies only and best tattoo contest male & female participants!! RB entertains us inside the pub during these events with some good ole fomky music Rally at the Strip style!!! Drive thru biker pub aka Extreme Throttle Saloon will hosted by the ONE AND ONLY DJ LORA and DJ Chad!! DJ’s WITH A PERSONALITY!” Note: During the changing of the stage for band setup, there will be crowd participant contest held in front of the main stage during each change; prizes will be rewarded to the winners, fun and laughter for all!!! Friday - May 6th 2011 8:00 am BREAKFAST WAKE UP!!!! Breakfast locations will be announced on the PA system. 10:30 am - Sign up for biker games, this will be announced via PA system. Biker games will begin at 2pm at the staging lanes. 11:00 am Simply ride your bike down the historical track, get your picture taken by rally staff!! 11:30 am Spectator, bike show, contest and RATS racing meeting at the concrete seating area next to the flagpole. Bike show info will be discussed as well as racing classifications for the racing that will occur for that day. Glen strives to allow input from everyone to insure all spectators have a great RALY AT THE STRIP experience!! Any other comments, suggestions or concerns will be addressed at this time!! 12:00 pm - noon – Let the racing begin!!! Simply ride or race your bike down the historic 1/8 mile dragstrip!! Race a FRIEND or FOE!! Try you your reaction time against the Christmas tree lights at the strip!! Staff will be at the starting line and staging lanes with a microphone and if you wish you can tell everyone your name, where you are from and/or call someone out for a grudge race!! Now where else can you do that at a motorcycle rally!! This is all for FUN so let the RATS RACING BEGIN!!! 2:00 pm NEW in 2011 the LOUDEST PIPE CONTEST – The PA microphone will be held to each participants pipes as they are lined up on the track. The cracking of the pipes will be broadcasted throughout the entire tracks PA system. This event winner will be judged by a panel of judges/bike builders and by crowd applause/participation. The top 3 loudest pipes/bikes will be carried over to Saturday’s LOUDEST PIPE CONTEST with the winner of Saturday’s event receiving the RALLY AT THE STRIP – LOUDEST PIPE TROPHY for May 2011 Runner up and 3rd place finishers will receive trophies as well. ***Depending on sign up additional bike games will be implemented so this is based 100% on YOU the SPECTATOR!!!*** BIKER GAMES - UNIQUE , DIFFERENT & FUN FOR ALL!! 3:00 pm BURN OUT COMPETITION! Sign up will be announced via PA system and this will be talked about at the 1130 spectators meeting. Men & women come and show us what you have! This will occur at the start line, either your front tire will be placed in a condor for safety, staff will hold your bike or you can opt out and do it old school without any help from staff. Fridays winner will compete heads up Saturday for the winner of the Spring 2011 RATS burn out competition!! RATS & GRUDGE racing will follow immediately after this contest!! 5:00 pm – The legendary MOST SEXY CONTEST will be held at the EXTREME THROTTLE SALOON HOSTED BY THE ONE AND ONLY DJ LORA!!! The winner will compete Saturday at 5pm for the CROWN OF MS. RALLY AT THE STRIP, SPRING 2011 - MOST SEXY CONTESTANT!!! 6:00 to midnight - LIVE MUSIC/BANDS MAIN STAGE. The EXTREME THROTTLE SALOON WILL ALSO BE OPEN DURING THIS TIME. 7:30 ***NEW*** SPONSORED BY “ SOUTHERN BIKER MAGAZINE”A new burnout pit is now in the EXTREME THROTTLE SALOON at the entrance of the north door (that is the door nearest to the stage for the ones who does not know north vs south ha ha !!) Exhaust fans will be in place to keep the smoke out of the pub, so line up burn your tires out in the one of a kind Extreme Throttle Saloon!! This will be judged and the winner will get his/her photo taken, placed on the “EXTREME THROTTLE SALOON - BURN OUT PIT – WALL OF FAME” as well as will be placed in the number one biker magazine of the south and that is the SOUTHERN BIKER MAGAZINE!!! Winners will also get a one of a kind t-shirt that states you are the official winner of the EXTREME THROTTLE SALOON BURN OUT CONTEST!!! Other t-shirts will be for sale saying you witnessed the ETS burn out contest in the Spring of 2011 at RATS!!! Music on the main stage will resume after this burn out competition!!! 12:15 am MOST SEXY CONTEST IN THE EXTREME THROTTLE SALOON ROUND 2. The winner will face off Saturday at 5pm for the CROWN OF MS. RALLY AT THE STRIP, SPRING 2011 - MOST SEXY CONTESTANT!!! Best Tatto, male & female contest! Best beer belly contest, men only! Any other contest we feel like doing this night contest ha ha !!! Note: The Extreme Throttle Saloon will be open daily for bikers who want to drive thru, enjoy the may pictures on the wall, get a fresh beverage or get their pic taken by event staff!! Saturday - May 7th 2011 8:00 am BREAKFAST WAKE UP!!!! Breakfast locations will be announced on the PA system 10:30 am Sign up for biker games, this will be announced via PA system. Spectators, contest and event meeting. Anyone can attend this meeting at the concrete seating near the flagpole. Basically this is a meeting to address anything re the rally etc. Glen strives to allow input from everyone to insure all spectators have a great RALY AT THE STRIP experience!! 11:00 am Simply ride your bike down the historic track, get your picture taken by rally staff!! Grudge or RATS race!!! 1130 am Start lining your bike up on the track for the BLESSING OF THE BIKES!! This is an semi - annual event where all the bikes are lined up in formation on the track, each rider is blessed by Brother Todd Binkly & staff from Bikers from Christ & His Laboring Few. The bikes will then ride up the track for the photo which displays an awesome view of bikes riding up the track in formation with the beautiful scenery of the track and the Great Smoky Mountain in the backdrop!!! 12:00 pm Opening ceremonies presentation, 21 gun salute, taps and honoring of the American flag!! Honoring our soldiers whom have fought or are fighting for our country and our liberties!! BLESSING OF THE BIKES!! Brother Todd Binkley a Newport, Tenn. native and the Bikers For Christ , His Laboring few and others will be presiding over the BLESSING OF THE BIKES!! All bikes that want to line up their bikes on the dragstrip and ride in formation as a unit up the track and receive a blessing of the bike flag upon entry of the Extreme Throttle Saloon!! (Rally photographer/staff will be onsite for photos!!) Let’s make this picture one for the RECORD BOOKS. Let’s have EVERY BIKE at the rally lined up on the track in 4 lanes and ride to the top of the track in formation to HONOR our TROOPS, to HONOR our GREAT COUNTRY and to HONOR YOU the SPECTATORS whom will make this rally one of the best bike rallies in the country!!! “This is my goal, if WE will it to happen it WILL happen” Glen and his hardworking staff’s goal and motto as we strive to make this rally the premiere rally in the South if not in the United States!!!!! 1:00 to 3:00 pm RATS, Grudge or simply race your bike down the track!! 3:00 pm NEW in 2011 the LOUDEST PIPE CONTEST – The PA microphone will be held to each participants pipes as they are lined up on the track. The champion will get his photo placed in the Southern Biker Magazine as well as placed in the EXTREME THROTTLE SALOON WALL OF FAME BURN OUT COMPITION CHAMPION for the Spring 2011!!! ** depending on sign up and discussion at the spectator meeting biker games may start immediately after the burn out competition!!
