The following week October 6-9th, 2011 is the 4th Annual RALLY AT THE STRIP at the 1/8 mile English Mountain Dragstrip! So 2 great bike events in 1 central East TN location, this is a vendors dream as well as a biker’s fascination! Water hookup for Newport event. (Arm bands may not be exchanged between people) ADDITIONAL ARMBANDS MUST BE PURCHASED AT THE GATE, THE DAY OF THE RALLY OR PREPAID IN ADVANCE UPON VENDOR PAYMENT FEE. If so, please provide the names for the additional wristbands below under comments section. Additional wristbands for staff are $25 per staff. All vendors must be approved by management and are responsible to provide their own tents, tables, and chairs as needed for their space. Booth set up Thursday thru Sunday unless otherwise worked out with Glen. Vendor agrees to abide by all rules, regulations and insurance requirements established by RALLY AT THE STRIP, & Smoky Mountain Bikefest event management and the laws of the State of Tennessee. Vendor booth/space fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Space will be held until11 a.m. Friday only (unless otherwise agreed upon). Event officers reserve the right to offer space to other vendors if space is left unoccupied after that time. All space requested will be unconditionally PAID IN FULL by September 1st, 2011 Vendors must set up in designated areas only – vendor vehicles must be parked in areas approved by event management personnel. Vendors are responsible for all properties and goods, and agree to hold RALLY AT THE STRIP & Smoky Mountain Bikefest and event management, harmless for any claim(s), demand or loss that may arise before, during, or after the event. Vendor is responsible for cleaning up vendor booth/space each evening and before leaving the event premise. Management reserves the right to reject any application for any reason. (My goal is to work with you the vendor, to make your stay at the rally as simple, economical and pleasant as possible. If you have any questions or need staff’s help while at the rally please do not hesitate to ask a question or ask for help. Smoky Mountain Bikefest fee: $150 for 10x20 spot, plenty of parking. First come first served. It's the only fair way to be, when inside fills up the outside space will be utilized, unless you prefer to set up outdoors. If you want to camp at the dragstrip and drive back and forth to Gatlinburg that is fine, because after the Gatlinburg show the next week is RALLY AT THE STRIP! Show hours for the Gatlinburg show is 8 am to 7pm daily. The convention center will shut down at 7pm so the spectators and you the vendors can enjoy the many events Gatlinburg has to offer & the after-party meet & greet scheduled daily!! Rally At The Strip fee: $250 for all outside vending spots, space unlimited at the dragstrip for all vendors. Just tell me what you need please don’t take more than you need, I am flexible!! Glen Set up at both events for $350. Leave the Gatlinburg event & then go set up at the Rally at the Strip –Newport!!. In Gatlinburg there is 2 ways you can do the RV: 1. Unload the vendor product, then go and park the RV/truck etc in Gatlinburg, I have a huge spot for the vendors roped off for their vehicles, trailers etc. The only negative is the parking lot is not equipped for RV ie NO electric, water or sewer hookup etc. 2. Unload then take the RV to Newport (30 miles away) to the RALLY AT THE STRIP - dragstrip/campground and it will be already set up for the following week’s event, RALLY AT THE STRIP. This would require going and coming from Gatlinburg to Newport those 3 days the Gburg event is going on etc. or 3. Park the RV/truck etc at the vendor parking area I have designated and get a room at the Four Seasons Hotel & Convention Center for the reduced biker rate, stay in Gatlinburg & enjoy the post rally after party, meet & greet sessions!!!! |
